Welcome to Rafvind. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products—including Keyboards, Mice, and Game Controllers—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. User Agreement

By placing an order on Rafvind, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the purchase process. Rafvind does not maintain a user account system; all transactions are processed on a guest basis, and no personal login credentials are required.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rafvind, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of any product shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Rafvind website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Rafvind or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. The Rafvind name and logo are trademarks of Rafvind. All third-party trademarks mentioned on our site are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Keyboards, Mice, or Game Controllers, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for a refund.
• Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and will include the product price, excluding any original shipping charges. For defective or incorrect items, we will also refund the return shipping cost upon verification.
• Exceptions: Certain products, such as clearance or final sale items, may not be eligible for refund unless defective. Please check the product page for specific details before purchase.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
